3D Cad Drawing

I’m an arcade game designer. I need a 3D Cad drawing created for a game I’m building. A Ping-Pong ball lands on a table surface that is 27” wide by 47” long and then rolls down into 1 of 18 holes on the table surface that are 1.54” wide. The 18 holes are like volcanoes on the table surface. The slope of the walls of the volcanoes will be 3 degrees so the ball can roll down into the hole fairly quickly. I will need the drawing in PDF format for approval and then converted to a “Step” file that my machinist can use on his CNC to machine a material surface. Attached is a sketch that you can work from.
