Create the 3D Models for specific design discipline according
to standards and goals in the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and
BIM project workflow requirements.
Ensure the collaboration and coordination internally and/or
externally with other disciplines in the project design-phase.
Making model changes according to the BIM coordination
demands.
Create families, tags and templates in Revit.
Use advanced tools such as Navisworks for project
collaboration across multiple disciplines in a BIM
environment.
Coordinate with Clients, Architects, Engineers, MEPF
consultants & Contractors for BIM models.
Develop design discrepancies reports, RFI, compliance's &
follow ups
